Once again, thank you very much for having me and hosting this!! It's so cool to be part of not only any group project, but a zine centered around a character so intriguing and underrated :3

Having JRo on board for this was just a bonus. A very very cool bonus.

it's been pointed out before that super robot lifeform & gen selects primus were intentionally based on g1 rodimus. we don't think solus's helm in transformers one is intentionally similar 2 idw1 rodimus but there definitely is a similarity, which we 💜 as a trans rodimus enjoyer

(if you're wondering what our personal headcanon has been for years regarding various canon continuities, that would be rodimus as a transfemme, and we happily recognize reads in other ways as long as no punching down is involved)

FINALLY FINISHED THESE GUYS AHHH

Fortress Maximus and Overlord I think are the two most exhausting heads I've ever drawn. Somehow, Overlord was harder?? But I also chose a really difficult angle for him bc I apparently really like to torture myself.

But agh, I really like how this one turned out! I once again really stretched the definition of "sketch" and spent 12 hours on this 🧍‍♂️

No poem this time bc I honestly am a bit burned out, BUT the next theme will have a mini-fic again! It's gonna be a sad one though ;-;

I need you guys to know that I told my therapist about my Transformers interest a while back and last session he tried to teach me a new coping strategy for mental health crises which was

talk to Rung.

he told me to imagine Rung in a calming environment in my head and go talk to him and listen to his advice. My therapist is teaching me to make a Rung Tulpa.
