Dunno if anyone has done this or not, so here's an idea-

Quilted ninja turtle. It's like that because I was in a rush, but I gave it to my sibling for their birthday a while back.

Essentially, I found basic pixel art of michelangelo, counted the pixels and found what I needed, cut out circles for each pixel, sewed them into hexagons (much like for a hexagonal quilt), and assembled. Then, I put him on a pillowcase.

Edit: thanks to @captainsugaraddict for helping me find out what a pixelquilt is!!! Had no idea but I need to do one pronto
