Honestly I doubt any other movie villain other than Tai Lung will appear in the new Kung Fu Panda movie. 'Cause like- I distinctly remember Shen got bonk'ed by his own cannon, and Kai got Thanos'ed by Po's deus ex machina power. So like- where the heck will the Chameleon lady get their forms from?? Their ashes?? I don't think there's even a body for her to... do whatever she did in the trailers.
