This is so relevant. Today Piit28 Instagram challenge was really personal and got me thinking about myself and how things in my life are going and even though there are still changes I need to make and things I need to improve. I am nowhere near as bad as I use to be. I care about myself physically and mentally. I've learned that it's not wrong to be selfish and put your needs before someone else's. not saying that I've become a jerk because I haven't I've learned how far I can push my boundaries and then I have to say no. It's still a struggle but things are better and constantly improving because I refuse to be lazy. I refuse to revert back to someone that was beyond broken.
