The sad truth I have yet to admit is that, I don’t have many friends, yet I Iove to be surrounded by people. Not fake people of course, but more like, people who can help fill the void. Hopefully someone I can be real friends with. Maybe what ticks others of my acquaintance is that I’m not easy to be around? Maybe they can sense the ,“I don’t care,” attitude that I hold up in my head. Maybe it’s because I’m me. I don’t know. I feel this is entirely selfish of me to seek this type of camaraderie, but I will not kiss people’s asses to receive it. I don’t know if I should change or just be my own self. I don’t know , maybe there’s something wrong with me. There are some that I have tricked into thinking I talk to a lot of people, and I hope that status remains throughout my whole high school year. I’m so terribly embarrassed.
