I would like a round of applause please... today, despite still feeling poorly and my heart being an asshole, I actually got up and dressed in proper clothes, not pjs! AND I went for a 6km walk with mum!! I also helped cook and I finished my book!! Admittedly I needed an hour long nap, but I Did Some Stuff! I really enjoyed my take out Costa, walk and talk with mum, despite getting thoroughly rained on. Just getting a bit of fresh air and interacting with some people I don’t live with helped a bunch.
