These photos were taken less than 12 hours apart. The left was at night after a full day of eating (including plenty of carbs and cheese) when I was feeling a bit bloated and full. The right was the next morning when I woke up. We get so caught up in how we look in the mirror and will let a bad day things we’ve lost all progress and ruin our motivation. It’s important to remember that your physique can change from day to day, even hour to hour. A little better lighting, some good angles, and the time of day can make someone look ripped. But they probably don’t look that 24/7. You don’t alway need to be perfect. Just focus on consistent, long term improvements and celebrate progress over perfection! We all like to show our best self on social media, but I thought it was important to show that I have my good days and bad days. I probably look like the guy on the left more often than the guy on the right. What matters is that I’m happy with the progress I’ve made and I’ve found a healthy, sustainable balance! #progress #igvsreality https://www.instagram.com/p/CaiZPuoP9-4/?utm_medium=tumblr
