4New Inverted pose New props means new assists, new variations and new range of motion. I know downward dog isn't anything new but I'm more intend for this to signify my intention to change my practice when it comes to inversions. I am avoidant when it comes to inverting recently. Even though in the past I used to experiment inverts using the wall constantly, I have fallen away from that practice. This summer I intend to face inversions head on hold them as much as I can and try to come off of the wall more.
