Or geese or whatever. Today’s run was a disaster. I tripped and I fell into a green pile of poop. I was trying to pass people too so I wallowed in my shame as they passed me again. That ruined the entire morning for me.
I stopped my run short and went to see the library. Besides the duck poop smell, I tried to imagine you and your eager eyes running into the library every weekend. Made me sad of course. I wonder why I bother.
