Had a mental health day from work and life in general. I've been going through a deep depression the past few weeks. It's so hard to get out of bed let alone be motivated to do anything. I was off most of last week because of it. It took spending time with my son to break the grip it had on me. I took the day to do what has been one of my passions running.
