Chicken livers are yum, my sisters hated them and they always gave me theirs to eat when we were kids. lol
Good for you! :-) They are indeed - just so cooked, still pinkish and moist inside...with good spices.... They are great in salads with a nice vinaigrette of cooking juices, good mild vinegar and oil, but next time we plan to serve them with couscous and fresh coriander (cilantro) and some green on the side - maybe wilted spinach or bok choi. Looking forward to it already!
