Beth was sitting off to the side as she watched over the children while they were having their nap time after lunch. It had been a rowdy morning, a minor fight had broke out between a pair of siblings and that caused a huge ruckus with the others; there were crying and screaming and general mayhem. She was glad for this small reprieve. Just as she got up to start cleaning up the toys, she saw Toby walking through the doors. “Hey there, Toby!” She said softly but no less welcoming. She pointed towards the glass door leading to the little kitchen area and motioned for them to move their conversation there as not to disturb the children sleeping. “What brings you here?”

Is living with your best friend as easy as it seems, or does it come with challenges you didn't expect?

Pretty sure I’m insulted that you reduced the bond and connection that Toby and I have down to best friends, but I mean I can’t speak on behalf of every situation but ours is sweet. We come home and don’t have to explain ourselves or wear pants or act like we don’t just drink out of the fucking carton and you can tell by the footsteps if a bitch had a day. We kinda fell together, just answered a roommate ad so we adjusted to each other for the first couple of months and then it was like we fused into a really gangly weirdly equipped power ranger.

I’ve already kissed a couple so I mean any of them would be good, but it would be interesting to kiss a dude, because I’ve never done that and sometimes you just gotta know what the hype is about. Like, is it really that different, who knows. For that though I’m going with Stevie or Toby.
