Y.T. Academy WILL be present at the International Hero Trainee TournaVention. This year it’s being hosted in Boston, Massachusetts due to current troubles in Japan (who we are supporting via fundraisers, thanks to all who’ve contributed!). Y.T.’s representatives include:

Third years (chaperones): Chilled Chaos, Steven, Kara Corvus, Jaiden Dittfach, Pastra

Second Years: Lucy, Daniel Condren, Daithi Nagle, Tyler Wine, Matthew Elias, Kevin O’ Reilly, Anna Rudolf

First Years: Lucifer, PJ, Neal Illustrator, No Hands, Tiny Leaf

Is it really safe to attend the hero training whatever

Apparently this has been asked a lot in various ways but I can’t tell what this one means. Take your pick.

1 If you’re implying it isn’t safe generally, the Trainee TournaVention has a bunch of security on top of the masses of trainees present on top of the pro heroes present for panels, presentations, and general getting to know the next generation.

2. If you’re implying that it won’t be safe for Y.T. students attending the event or remaining on site, we will be fine. We’ve improved our security here at the school, we’ve assigned some of our most capable third years to chaperone the others, we’ve been in contact with TTV security to ensure students’ safety.

3. If you’re implying the event won’t be safe because Y.T. are attending, I can assure you none of us — especially not students representing us regardless of involvement of the little “incident” you know very little about — will pose a threat to the event.
