Quel magnifique ii-CP au clair de lune avec les moustiques mélomanes, les tremblotes émotionnelles, les minis pogos, les rires et les larmes, les conversations qu’on souhaiterait étendre jusqu’au matin, les projets des uns des autres pour lesquels on prie très fort intérieurement afin qu’ils se réalisent, ces beaux visages remplis de joie et de musique qu’on les voudrait imprimés en permanence dans son esprit. Je vous aime ! Mercii a chacun d’entre vous de m’avoir donnée tant d’attention, de m’avoir écoutée raconter et chanter mes chansons dans ces versions si « privées ». Mercii Fred pour ton inoubliable accueil, mercii d’avoir rendu ce moment magique possible. Merci pour ton amour de la musique et des artistes. IICP's got talent !

Regarding our planning, we identified 3 main fields we need to work on (a lot) during the next two moths :

- Financial forecast (not easy....) 

- Web-development mission statement and specifications (much more complicated than a Tumblr ... )

- Communication strategy (not easy neither but much cooler !) 

As we decided to start with the dessert - and to have a concrete identity, even if it's just for us for now - we brainstormed on the communication strategy. Matthias, Senior Manager Design Communication and Brand Communication Strategy, opened Photoshop, encoded colors (useful dictionnary here) and worked on some draft logos while I was, as Senior Consultant and Patience Provider Design Communication and Brand Communication Strategy, providing councils on eye tracking and ergonomy (good knowledge here). More or less like that: 

Well, despite our deep willingness and the interesting ideas that came up, we knew we couldn't produce a professionnal and official logo. More, we wanted to test our model and our business idea with communication students.

We sent our brief in two communication schools : IIM and IICP so that student groups can experience a real case study with clients as they might live when graduated (included in their educational cursus). 

Thus 3 IIM students are working on our brief until mid-June as Project Managers. Of course it is an amazing opportunity for us but we also do everything we can to provide them with interesting problematics and topics. We really want them to learn as much as they can with us. They have a white-card to provide a communication strategy that will fit with our business. 

5 groups of IICP students also worked a full-time week on our brief and presented us their propositions. We wanted to thank them for their great work, it really inspired us and we were very happy to see how creative and involved they were on our brief and business. The final oral presentation was yesterday morning and of course, we were part of the jury.

Sorry, we can't spoil on the results !
