Being chronically ill is like having a curse where every 4 hours you get a random status effect, and most of which are debuffs.
Also you only have 1 action per day and long rests heal 2 hp. You're cooked.

This is relevant for all Americans but especially those who are chronically ill, immunocompromised, or are otherwise in a vulnerable medical situation

I wish bodies had removable batteries like phones or laptops, so you could take them out and replace them when they didn't hold charge anymore.
Reminder at all, someone with a disability/chronic illness might be capable of completely different levels of activity from day to day. You can’t hold yourself or others to the best version of the physical self every single day. That goes for able bodied people too! Energy levels fluctuate, and for people with a disability/chronic illness that difference will be even more extreme.
Be patient. Be gentle with yourself and others.
Just because the other day you did a workout, went grocery shopping, and/or washed your hair, it doesn’t mean you’re less valuable today while you’re stuck in bed.
Be kind to yourself.
Hav you don e "low spoon" / "no spoon" emoji?

spoons
spoins
froggos got you covered for those low spoon days.
I dont know who needs to hear this
But I sure did:
You can and absolutely should modify the chore/self care task if it makes life easier. Sit on the floor while doing laundry. Clean dishes while in a chair. Sit in the shower.
Save your spoons. Accommodate your fatigue rather than fighting it.
