Puppet Wizard was silent while he spoke, her smile seeming much more like a grimace now. Perhaps she was considering all that he was saying, perhaps she was busy being irritated by Saul’s tone and constant jabs, or perhaps she was shifting her focus to repressing a very panicked Willow; it was difficult to tell, and she wasn’t about to say.

“You have my utter focus until you’ve been delt with, believe you me,” She said in a vapid tone, although almost contrarily, her next move was to make the glowing ropes dissipate with the flick of a wrist. Evidently she’d underestimated how deeply Saul cared for Willow and what he was willing to do for her. So much for a fight, but as far as Marion was concerned, that just made her job easier. “There’s any number of things you said that I could correct you on. For time’s sake, I’ll keep it to one: you’re making far too many assumptions about me.”

She leered in at him, her tone agitated and…offended, of all things. “I’m a business woman, maybe even a bit of a survivalist, but not some power-hungry idiot who’ll jump headfirst into any opportunity thrown their way. Unlike some people.” Her gaze flicked off to the side, where someone with a keen eye might have been able to make out Eden’s figure in the darkness, hunched over a desk and ‘busied’ with something likely just for the sake of saving face.

“…So. You want to negotiate? You can start by not putting words into my mouth; I’ll speak for myself when it comes to what I want. Now of course, I’m assuming you’re going to be offering yourself in exchange for Willow’s freedom (what else do you have?), but I’m going to need more details and incentive than just that before I’ll consider it.”

“Go ahead and make me your best offer, Saul. And make it worth my while.”

my opinion on;

character in general: Okay so there’s three muses on this blog and I love all of them and don’t want to leave anyone out, so forgive me if this gets a little long: Saul is just outright one of my favorite characters in general. He can range from being completely hilarious to absolutely heart wrenching in a matter of minutes, if only because of the shitty situations he’s always in and how he reacts to them. He’s an asshole at times, but in the lovable way, and you almost always are able to understand where he’s coming from and why he acts the way he does, which is really good!! The way in which that contrasts with how deeply he cares about his loved ones also adds to his complexity and ah Hhh I’m sorry but I just love this robot to death.Raph is also an ++A character, the ultimate cinnamon roll and hoo boy do I relate to this kid. If only cause, y’know, the tiny art-hoe teenanger. Anyhoo. Raph also goes/has gone through a lot of shit, but the person he is as a result of that is a really nice change of pace. He’s so sweet and just impossible to not love. I would wrap him in blankets and give him hot cocoa if I could but the fourth wall is a thing for some reason.Strings I don’t know as well tbqh, but I’ve really liked a lot of the recent development with her!! Getting some insight into her struggles and anger issues and all that has really made her a deeper character for me, if that makes any sense. I love her design, and it’s really cool to see a character who I can relate to a lot in terms of mannerisms (anger issues and anxiety? It’s me!!!)

how they play them: Writing goals tbh. Everything on this blog in very well-executed imho; the characters are all dynamic and change with what’s going on around them, something which I feel like we’ve seen a lot of lately, and It’s really cool!!! Saul’s recent shifting attitudes and conflicting emotions towards other OC’s are especially interesting to watch and think about. I love love lovE the way the mun writes dialogue too, it’s engaging and you can always tell who’s speaking (one of my pet peeves is when dialogue just sort of runs together because it’s so devoid of personality, and that’s never an issue on this blog and I admire the heck out of that). the mun: I just...man. Man oh maN is the mun of this blog the sweetest thing I swear to go d. On top of being a total genius when it comes to writing (I’m sorry but!!! Her characters and everything are just!!! The bees knees!!!), she’s a great artist with a really heckin’ great art style that I would marry if I could, and her character designs are pretty dang on-point too imo. Trying to put into words how hilarious and kindhearted the mun is is really tricky, so idk, imagine someone who’s persistent and sweet and takes no shit and has some hella good perspective on things and multiply all those good values by tenmillion?? That’s p much the mun of this blog. Also she’s my mom.

follow them: This always feels like a really dumb question because uh yeah ofc I do.rp with them: YeeEeEEEsssSs of course, and I always love going back over our past threads because they’re so much fun and I love the way our characters work off of one another and ahhhHwant to rp with them: ^^^^^ship their character with mine: yES!! I am 30000% shipping trash so I don’t want to get too far into how much I love Saul x Willow cause then I’ll never shut up, but their chemistry and the parallels between them are gr8 and I think about them a lot and godbless the robot and his fish gf

what is my;

overall opinion: I love this blog and its characters and the mun to the moon and back, it’s seriously worth checking out if you haven’t already!!! (Also I hate to be that guy but @smilingthixf is also an ++A blog of theirs go and give ‘em a look!)
