If your in the heated rivalry fandom how do you feel about people making a female OC as a 3rd love interest with Shane and IIya, I personally dislike it I feel like it takes away from their story and the impact it has, but at the end of the day it’s just fanfiction people can do what they want.

Update: That said, this genuinely isn’t me attacking anyone or saying people can’t write what they want. Fanfiction is fanfiction, and people should absolutely write whatever makes them happy I just personally don’t read those kinds of fics.
I’m honestly just curious how other people in the fandom feel about it, because I’ve noticed it more lately.
