the dynamics between characters in this fic is *chef’s kiss*
Scott is the least helpful rom-com best friend in the world. Also I forgot how much I love Stiles’ voice in fanfic
can i just like.
stop existing for a few days
i just want to get off the ride for a little while
i really don’t understand why a lot of rp sites now are so in love with myers brigg tests and sorting their characters into groups based on them and requiring them in apps/profiles.
What the actual fuck. I went to go make some breakfast and I was bringing it to my room and theres just this random dude coming out of the bathroom? In his underwear and a shirt. Like wtf. Idek.
So I got the idea recently to do some Uncomfortably Dramatic readings from Theory texts, and I started with Foucault because that’s what was lying on my bed when I stopped giggling and picked up a book. Here I read a passage from the beginning of “The Incitement to Discourse,” the first chapter of the second part of The History of Sexuality: Vol I: An Introduction. I am reading from Robert Hurley’s translation, originally published by Random House in 1978 and re-issued in 1990 in the Vintage Books Edition from which I am reading. The passage sets up the assumptions he spends the rest of the book debunking.
If there is interest, I might rev it up a bit and do even more excessively dramatic readings from other Theory texts. If there isn’t … I guess I’ll just keep amusing myself by reading them in Mr. Moviefone voice in my head. :P

Ships In The Night by Mat Kearney
Like ships in the night
You keep passing me by
Just wasting time
Trying to prove who’s right
And if it all goes crashing into the sea
If it’s just you and me
Trying to find the light
Like ships in the night letting cannonballs fly
Say what you mean and it turns into a fight
Fists fly from my mouth as it turns south
You’re down the driveway I’m on the couch
so tHIS REMINDS ME OF THIS:
