The crisp notes of the holiday jazz music danced throughout the room, accompanied by the cackles of the roaring fire from the mantle. Coupled with the assortment of Christmas embellishments arranged around the mansion, the ambience was set and fitting for the festivities of the day. After hours upon hours of searching for the perfect Christmas tree, they were able to finally select one that suited the couple’s desire in longing for one that radiated warmth and coziness, while simultaneously indulging in a taste of sophistication. Husband and wife were spending the day decorating.
Shiny garland, rows of lights, and ornaments of only the highest of caliber were spread out around in totes and were at MC’s full disposal. Napoleon’s lips faintly curled upward while MC pranced around the room, eyes wide and sparkling in admiration at all the crafted options she had to choose from. Over years prior, Napoleon had grown accustomed to his own Christmas tradition that he longed for, which entailed the vision of MC decorating their tree. From the way she would fret over the minute details such as which ornament should be hung on each branch, to the way she would bat her eyelashes and sheepishly smile when it came time to place the star on top of the tree.
Even on the tips of her toes, MC couldn’t reach the top on her own. Adopted as their ritual once everything was allocated on the tree, Napoleon would give her a boost and hoist her up so that she was able to place the finishing touches on their masterpiece. There were several new customs that the Bonaparte family adapted to once Comte wedded them; most of which Napoleon never envisioned himself partaking in, but the star was one that he held dear and cherished the most.
Except for this year since they had to adjust because-
“What do you think you’re doing?” Napoleon distressed, closing the distance between him and MC as he strode across the room. MC, whose swollen belly was now visible since she had entered her second trimester, was about to set foot onto a stepstool. “I told you I would take care of the branches you couldn’t reach. Please steer caution of any unnecessary risks, for the sake of yourself and our child.”
“I-I’m sorry,” MC whimpered, her lip trembling while her shoulders hunched. “Christmas time is one of my favorite times of year, and I only wanted to partake in our family tradition. I didn’t even imagine what may have happened to the baby if something happened. I’m sorry, Napoleon.”
Napoleon sighed, his heart twitching at the sight of the dejected look cast onto her face. His intent was to not harm MC’s feelings; rather the father-to-be’s instincts to protect
Desperate to fix her dampened mood, Napoleon walked over to his desk and opened the drawer that contained one of MC’s hidden away Christmas presents.
“Here, open this,” Napoleon instructed, passing the gift over to MC while willing she wouldn’t catch a glimpse of the crimson creeping into his cheeks.
Stifled were the drops of tears glistening her eyelashes as the sound of wrapping paper being torn echoed throughout the room. The familiar warmth of MC’s embrace wrapped his body into a hug. A teardrop trickled onto his neck and Napoleon swiftly moved to brush away the wetness pooling away in her eyes, before glancing down at the gift she had unwrapped clutched tightly between her fingers. Napoleon had sought the assistance of Vincent to craft a hand painted ornament of a baby’s footprint.
“Napoleon, I’ve never received this thoughtful of a present before,” she revealed, blinking at the realization that next Christmas there would be another member of the family joining them. Her hand was drawn to the swell of her abdomen, and Napoleon’s soon joined his on the top of hers. “Next year, the three of us will be celebrating Christmas together as a family.”
The very thought caused a warmth to flood his heart. Although Napoleon was secretly overjoyed at their prospective future outlook, he also selfishly wanted to savor the last holiday they would be spending alone as a couple for a while.
“Come on, that ornament isn’t going to hang itself on the tree,” Napoleon urged, offering his assistance to MC.
He gently grabbed on to her outstretched hands and led her back over to the tree. MC surveyed the tree and then grinned at finding the perfect branch, leaving the tribute ornament front and center.
MC leaned her head onto Napoleon’s shoulder as her gaze roamed to the top of the tree. She momentarily lost herself in a sweet reminisce of how many times Napoleon and her would place the tree topper together. How such a simple action always filled her heart with such happiness was something MC would forever cherish as one of her favorite memories. Relieving those past moments gave her a sudden idea and MC perked up her head.
“Napoleon?” she prompted, capturing his gaze as looked over to address her. “Maybe in a few years, I’ll be able to join you in helping someone else put the star on the top of our tree.”
MC glanced down and rubbed her stomach affectionately. Napoleon marveled at the precious sentiment of the woman he took as his wife standing beside him in pride while their future child carried on the ritual they’ve grown accustomed to. Now that was another tradition that he could find himself looking forward to.
Though his wife standing by his side was naïve to his thoughts, Napoleon silently vowed to spend the rest of his eternity demonstrating his gratitude to the woman who was bearing the most valuable gift that the vampire could have ever prayed to be granted.
I was wondering if you could do a headcanon for Ikevamp with a f!mc who doesn’t like children and doesn’t want any of her own. Like, she won’t even babysit because she gets migraines and is just… really bad at interacting with children. If yes, could you do it for Comte, Arthur, Napoleon, Da Vinci and Vincent? You can take someone away if that’s too much :))
Hi nonny!!! Thanks for the request!
I actually don’t mind kids so I can’t relate much to it lol, still I’ll try my best! It’s a bit short but hope you like it!

Warnings: do children count-?, the topic of pregnancy
Word Count: 300+
Genre: fluff
Pairing(s): Arthur Conan Doyle x F!Reader, Comte de Saint Germain x F!Reader, Leonardo da Vinci x F!Reader, Napoleon Bonaparte x F!Reader, Vincent van Gogh x F!Reader
Comte de Saint-Germain
He’s understanding of your reasoning, and won’t push you to interact with children
What’s ironic is that kids love you, and he always stifles his laughter whenever he shoos them away from you.
He reassures you that it doesn’t bother him that you don’t wish to have children, what matters to him the most is your happiness.
He’s not sad cause deep down he kinda sensed it all along
Arthur Conan Doyle
It doesn’t bother him much, like he’s not opposed to your opinion but he wouldn’t mind if there was a mini you or him running around
Surprisingly supportive lmfao
Arthur’s the type of person to focus on his s/o’s feelings before anything else.
more under the cut
Napoleon Bonaparte
Slightly disappointed but he won’t let it show
He understands where you’re coming from so he won’t press you
If you’ve played his route, you’ll know that he spends a lot of time with the orphan children in town, training them. I’d like to think that deep down he’s always wanted a kid but since he loves you so much he’ll respect your decision and refrain from bringing it up
Leonardo da Vinci
Not bothered much by it, the only irritating thing about it is his family constantly pestering him to start his own family
He doesn’t have the best relationship with his parents so he doesn’t want to subject any children of his to subjugation or judgment from his family so he’s okay with your decision
He assures you that he’ll support you in whatever endeavors that the two of you might face.
Vincent van Gogh
Poor angel bby is sadge :(
He’s very family-oriented and seeing that you don’t want any kids upsets him, but he accepts your decision regardless
Looks like he’ll have to put his future plans on hold for the time being

Hi! Could i request something for Mozart where the reader plays the flute so he writes something they can play together? Or just similar to that
Hello!!! So sorry this took absolute eons to complete, it was just hard to get back into writing when I was so exhausted! But I hope you enjoy! It’s a tad different from him creating their first piece together, but it’s still the same vibe!
two birds, one song | mozart
“We’re playing in minor, not major; check your fingering.”
Your lips twitched downwards at his flat tone, but you tried to shake it off and offer a light smile. “I just thought it would maybe sound better in major, a bit more…happy, a bit uppity.”
“Uppity?” Mozart glanced back at you over the piano bench with a quirked brow; you couldn’t tell if he was amused or annoyed. “That’s not to the music written; it isn’t meant to be light-hearted.”
“Why not?” Both of his eyebrows rose and now you really couldn’t tell what he thought; your cheeks felt hot. You didn’t mean for the words to slip out, but you never really had a chance to share your opinion on your shared pieces, so now the words just came fumbling out. “We always do very classical pieces, what about something nice—fun? Something that not just rich people listen to?”
That seemed to strike a chord because he sat silently, staring at you in thought with that same expression on his face. Finally, his eyebrows pinched together and he turned around in one fluid motion, his hand elegantly lifting the ink plume by his sheet music to then mark rapidly in neat strokes at the sidebar. You watched him in shock as he changed the clefs, the sharps and flats for both the piano and flute, and he did so with the focus and passion of a man possessed.
And all at once his frenzied motions came to a sudden stop, his plume once again delicately settled upon the wooden bar. He cleared his throat. “Make sure to check your fingering; they should be moved up a note or two.” You looked between him and the music in disbelief, questions dancing upon the tip of your tongue.
“Moza—”
“One, and a two, and—“
As with muscle memory, you locked the flute perpendicular against your cheek in preparation to play, but you continued to stare him down. Only then did you notice the pale rose dusting his ears, and you felt your heart flutter as you returned your gaze to your sheet music to play alongside him in perfect—uppity—harmony.
a/n; sorry for not posting also I got a new fandom! so yay. also I might be posting a little more rn. but idk my writing is bad for this i am so sorry :(
Sometimes,you just felt a void. Probably because it was just your crippling anxiety or from the truth that you had to leave the house residents. Oh, how you would miss them and their chatter. What despair it had been to you. The worst part, which was that you have had fallen for someone.
Now, that someone was Napoleon. He was always there for you, always keeping in mind your comfort and what not. Sure, the others were also nice to know you but with him it was different. It really was because what you had was precious and special. But the thing was your anxiety almost always whispering lies to you and what not.
Had it been that you were so used to people leaving you or was it your insecurity that was acting up? Which ever it was he always assured that you will always be the one.
Sure, he was a vampire and you a human. You would go back and he would stay, there were so many differences. But probably he was right, you were precious to him. People may say shit about you but then you mattered to others and that was enough for you. For others you were precious.
If requests are still open, I'd love, I like playing with your hair #7 with Jean d'Arc

Hello anon~! Hope you're having a good time!
The monsoon season brought dark clouds over the city of Paris. The raindrops soon wet the pavements and roads of the city and it showed no signs of stopping.
Jean went to his weapons shop the same morning, with MC accompanying him behind. It felt that the day had passed in a blur. Just as they were ready to call it a day and return to the mansion, a cold sensation was felt by MC. The sight of the grey clouds and the drizzling made MC and Jean retreat to a shelter.
With no signs of the rain stopping, they searched for carriages to take them home. But alas, luck was not on their side that evening. Soon, nightfall would come. Left with no other choice, both of them clasped each other’s hands and made a run for their home.
They were drenched in the rainwater when they reached and entered the mansion. They both panted heavily, trying to catch their breath. Sebastian came running towards them with a horrified expression, looking at the water drops pooling on the floor. He gave towels to MC and Jean and immediately prepared a hot bath.
MC bathed in the hot waters of le thermae. The cold she felt from the rain and wind dissipated into the warm vapours of le thermae. Going back to her room, she found Jean waiting for her, who had previously finished bathing. She sat beside him on the bed.
“Today went by in a blur, huh?” She said, turning towards Jean. Jean’s deep voice replied in return, “Yes, and I enjoyed being with you today”. Both of them held each other’s hands and smiled.
MC noticed that Jean’s hair was still wet from the bath. “I want to dry your hair. Can you sit at the dressing table, Jean?” Jean nodded, touching his wet hair and took a seat in front of the mirror.
Jean felt the sensation of a towel being patted on his head, drying his raven hair effectively. MC was patting his hair dry gently. Saying that he liked that gesture was an understatement. He found that action so tranquil that he unconsciously leaned into her touch and was now leaning his back on her torso, almost as if he was being lulled to sleep.
She noticed the calm expression on Jean’s face, the one she so often saw from the time they had become a couple. She chuckled to herself and looked down at him adoringly, stopping to pat his hair dry. She touched his now semi-dry hair and ran her fingers through it, and she suddenly noticed the details of Jean’s raven hair. She observed his hair with great interest while continuing to unconsciously play with it.
“Your hair is so glossy and black like Raven's wings. It’s so beautiful that it almost makes me jealous of your hair.” She complimented him, with a hint of teasing and jealous tone.
She stopped touching his hair, busy admiring his hair when she heard a little dissatisfied groan. That made MC come back to her senses. She looked down at him, and there was a curious gaze directed towards her.
“Why did you stop it?” Jean asked, with a blank face, but turbulence can be seen in his dark eyes. A little sullen expression could also be identified by her, though his face looked neutral. She looked confused.” What did I stop?”
Jean grasped her wrist gently and guided it onto his hair. She gasped a little in surprise at the sudden gesture, and Jean continued, “I thought that you loved to play with my hair. Or did you not?”
MC looked at him and broke into laughter. “Of course, you silly! I love playing with your hair.” She hugged his sitting form from behind by the shoulders, and smiled warmly at him through the mirror. Seeing her beaming smile made his smile widen. One of her hands was still among his hair, playing with it and twirling it softly between her fingers. As he enjoyed the feel of her fingers in his hair, still engulfed in her arms, he stayed still. Seeing him enjoy that subtle action made her heart jump with joy.
He felt shy when he looked behind to meet her gaze and said, “ Continue doing it. I love it when you are playing with my hair”. She gladly obliged his request, settling herself onto the floor on her knees while combing her fingers through his hair.
The air was still cold outside, with raindrops creating rhythmic drumming sounds as they fell against the glass windows. Yet, the silent love shared between them both kept the room and the two beautiful souls in love warm.

Warnings: death from sickness, stressed Isaac and fluff
Word count: 761, I went overboard
You woke up and instantly knew, something was wrong. Something felt off. There was this stiffness in your movements. But you brushed it off as it was time to get up and make the residents breakfast.
The odd feeling progressed throughout the day. By 5 o'clock you knew, you where sick. You felt dizzy and tired.
Sebastian noticed too, but instead of flicking your forehead, he gently urged you to go to bed. Reluctantly, after much reassuring and persuading on his part, you put down the dishes you where washing and made your way to your room.
As soon as you got there you collapsed on the bed, and you where out like a light.
Isaac noticed your absence at the dinner table that evening. He asked Sebastian where you where and he replied that you where sick and in your room. Isaac felt the color drain from his face. He didn't want to be dramatic or blow it out of proportion, but he couldn't help but think about how little medicine there is. His mind suddenly flashed back back to when he was a child.
He had been out with a friend of his, Edmund. They where both about 9. They went swimming and it was amazing. They returned late at night, much to both their parents displeasure. The next day, both of them woke up feeling sore. They had caught a cold.
Now colds weren't uncommon, but in some cases, due to the lac of medicine, it could mean death to the victim.
Luckily he healed after a couple of days. But Edmund wasn't so lucky. His fever went up and didn't want to go back down. He lay in bed, suffering for what seem to Isaac, forever. But the battle was lost, and sadly, after 2 weeks of suffering, he passed away in his sleep.
Isaac could not get over it. He cursed the doctors for not trying harder, even though he knew deep down, there was nothing they could have done. He had lost someone important that day and it made his fear illness and all that it brings.
He was snapped out of his thoughts by Leonardo. The man gently placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Are you alright" While it was touching to hear that the man he looked up too worried for him, he had no time to celebrate.
"Yes. If you need me, I'll be in Y/n room" He started down the hall, but turned back" Please don't need me" He added and then turned the corner, disappeared from the Leo's sight.
He rushed to your room only to find you peacefully sleeping in you bed. He let out a breath he didn't know he was holding and made his way to her. He gently placed a hand on her forehead, and when he felt signs of a fever he let out a long sigh.
With shaking hands he covered you with a blanket and then darted out of the room,dead set on bringing you something to eat.
You where woken by the delicious smell of apple pie. You opened your eyes, only to find a very nervous and stressed Isaac sitting there. He was looking out the window and muttering.
"What do I even say to her? What if she thinks I'm a creep for watching her sleep? No I was just looking out for her. No that is still weird. What about the pie? What do I say? What do I do? Do I hand her the pie? Do I add something? And it I do what is it? I can't just say: surprise I got you pie! Or can I? ....."
You almost laughed as you watched the poor man overthink the situation. Yeah you might have been a jerk for not putting an end to his misery, but.....he was cute when he was nervous. After a couple of minuted, you gently placed a hand on his. His head immediately snapped to you.
"OMg how long have you been awake! I pie! I mean I pie got! No wait! I got pie!!!!"
You giggled at him and thought he felt very embarrassed, he still couldn't help but feel releaved to see your warm smile again.
You sat up and took the pie.
"So, since vampires can't get sick, want to share this peace with me?" You smiled at him, and really, who was he to refuse.

I really hope you liked it! Have a good day/night and stay safe!
"Oh yes, I would like a--" Vincent looked up from his sketchbook on the table, his sky blue eyes meeting with those of a beautiful pair, and his words were lost
"Yes?" The girl smiled politely, waiting for his answer and Vincent cleared his throat, schooling his features to smile back at her, "Ah yes, I would like one café au lait, please." She nodded and scribbled it down on her notes, "One café au lait is coming for you!" She smiled once again before sauntering off to the back of the coffee shop
Vincent followed her figure with his eyes until he couldn't see her again, the gear on his mind working to figure out why the girl felt so familiar to him, he had never seen her before and yet it felt like he had known her before
Shaking his head, he tried to focus his mind back on his assignment given by his art professor but no matter how much he tried, he couldn't shake off that familiar feeling she gives off to him, even though she doesn't seem to feel what he's feeling when he looked at her
He's too deep in his own thought that he doesn't even realize that the girl had come back to his table, holding a tray with a cup of café au lait on top of it. Only when she places the drink in front of him did he snapped back to reality, looking up to search her face again
"Well, is there anything else I can get you?" She smiled and Vincent gulped, "I guess nothing else for now..." it sounded a little awkward but the girl only nodded at him, "Okay then, call me when you need anything else!" She hold the tray close to her chest as she prepared to take her leave
"A-actually--" A voice spoke up hurriedly and it took Vincent a split second to realize that it was his own voice. "Yes?" The girl looked back at him, mild confusion in her eyes and Vincent hesitated for a moment, he had already gone this far so he might as well say what's been plaguing his mind
"Pardon me if this is impolite of me to say, but can I talk with you more when your shift is over?"
Vincent gulped once again. After saying it out loud, the question does sound kind of impolite coming out of him, but then he saw a faint blush slowly creeping up her cheeks and he felt his own heating up at the sight. She only nodded at him faintly before muttering a soft "Sure." and hurrying back to the back of the shop.
Summary: It’s just a sprain, she told herself for the ninth time that morning. One look at it though and the writer is already carrying her off.
~~~
‘It’s just a sprain, walk it off...’ she reminded herself, wincing as she took another step, maneuvering a little clumsily around the kitchen. Sebastian was in the other room already, handing out various breakfast meals to the residents with her being tasked to bring the Rouge and Blanc out for them all.
There was a pleasant surprise to be found that morning - that all of the mansion’s vampires would be at the table for breakfast, a rare thing indeed. The thought of so many people seeing her in this, injured and probably in need of medical care, was the added motivation needed to not show this weakness in front of them or make a fool out of herself.
Especially in front of Arthur.
‘Deep breath... Now go’ Lifting the tray, the human pushed past the kitchen doors, a few pairs of eyes turning her way. One stuck out, the eyes of her lover. Blue orbs watched her every movement and if it wasn’t for focusing on not falling, (Y/N) would have seen that the writer had a worried look in his eye.
Right off the bat he could tell something was off. The way she carried herself was wobbly compared to the day before and her smile was strained. These little things were well hidden, but the part of him that’s observed her so much, to commit ever detail of her to memory, picked up on the ques quickly.
Now, does he speak up right this instant or does he wait until after breakfast? Perhaps he could just pull her aside when she passes him and ask then?
In the midst of weighing the pros and cons of his options, the resident’s sunshine boy pipes up, voice just above a whisper, intending to keep the exchange solely between the two. Fortunately, Arthur was sat directly across from him, so the writer was able to eavesdrop without a problem.
“Are you alright (Y/N)?” Vincent questioned, staring at her with concern clear in his eyes.
“I’m fine, really. Please, just enjoy breakfast, alright?” she insisted, forcing another smile. The blond was hesitant but in the end nodded, returning to wolfing down his stack of pancakes. When she turned her back, Arthur took a peek around the table to see for himself, figuring the way she was acting had something to do with her legs or feet.
He was right.
And she was, in fact, not fine.
Motioning Sebas over, Arthur whispered in his ear and waited. When he got a nod of approval from the butler, he called over his lover.
“Luv? Can you come here please?”
“Mm? What is it Arthur?” The second she was at his side the writer stood and picked her up bridal style, whisking off to his room.
~
She couldn’t look him in the eye, embarrassment welling up inside. Of course her boyfriend would be able to tell if she was hurt or not, and judging by the way he was acting it wasn’t too bad, but not good either.
“You’ve fractured one of your metatarsal bones. You’ll just have to rest up and avoid walking on it for two months, at least...” he spoke, tone professional, almost like he was a doctor once more. Arthur grabbed an old, tucked away medical kit and pulled out something to help with the healing of the bones. The entire time he worked, elevating it her foot and laying her down on his bed, a somber expression was painted all over his face, he too refusing to look at her.
Why didn’t he notice earlier? The pained faced she was making back in the dining room flashed through his mind causing him to grit his teeth. Could he have prevented her from having to go through such agony if he had just payed more attention? What if-
“Arthur”
The sound of his name being called brought him back to reality, old scars fading for the moment. A hand reached up, cupping his cheek, a warmth emitting as soon as her skin made contact. God the feeling alone was enough to make him feel better.
“I’m sorry for not telling you, but it’s not your fault, alright?” she soothed, stroking his cheek softly.
“Ah, you’re quiet preceptive my dear~” he teased with a cheeky smile. It’s not really surprising though, considering who she feel in love with.
“I learned from the best” she shot back, pulling him down by his tie into a quick kiss, something he gladly returned.
“Next time luv, tell me if you’re hurt, okay?”
“Okay Arthur, I promise”
Two months later, with minimal walking, she was back on her feet, good as new. All thanks to her loving writer/doctor boyfriend <3
