Went to my doctors appointment to have my O.B. tell me that I need to seriously watch what I’m eating! I got heavier from the last time I saw her. She wants me to incorporate 30mins of excerising everyday! Her goal weight from this pregnancy is 15-25lbs total. I think it’s possible. But have you seen me?! I’m a thick girl in general! Lol.
All jokes aside, I’m encouraging myself that I can do it! I’m training my thoughts to believe that I can attain and accomplish anything I put my mind to. I’m trying to resist my old eating patterns/habits, change it around to build healthier meals. I’m pushing myself because I’m a week shy from reaching my half way point in pregnancy and I’ve decided to be mentally strong so I can finish strong!!! You know! I got this!
