In the latest installment of our all female gaming podcast (it's in German, though) we're talking about homosexuality in videogames. Actually it's more about the inclusion of various lgbt+ characters or options, but the others didn't seem familiar with the term and I have to apologize in advance that sometimes several things were lumped together during the conversation that are actually not the same thing.

Unser neuer Pixelfrauen-Podcast wird ab sofort monatlich von den Damen unserer Redaktion geschmissen.

So, we have a new feature on our site: a (probably monthly) all female gaming podcast (we're probably also having the highest percentage of female writers of pretty much all gaming magazines) to maybe - or maybe not, because lets face it... often we're just one of the guys too - offer different perspectives on video games.

In this first episode Repo, Erunaenia and me explain how we came to play video games, what our favourite games are (and why) and what probably our biggest pet peeves are when it comes to clichées about women gaming. [As you probably noticed, it's in german; but maybe someone is interested anyway.]

Gamescom 2013 - Reisetagebuch Tag 0

Aber naja. Soweit so gut, erst mal angekommen und 'ne halbe Stunde gebraucht um das blöde WLAN zum Laufen zu kriegen weil eben auch mein Netbook nicht mehr ganz so neu ist und die darin verbaute WLAN-Karte eh von Anfang an eher scheiße war. Ich brauch halt nicht nur 'nen neuen Gaming-Rechner... ich brauch auch was neues Mobiles. Meh.

Und jetzt heißt es früh ins Bett zu gehen, da ich morgen schon um 7 den Bus kriegen muss... denn Bensberg ist irgendwie am Arsch der Welt und sonst schaff ich das nicht rechtzeitig an der Messe zu sein.
