This has been fun, so I'm thinking of taking requests. If you would like me to give your Link a sprite treatment, please send me a picture of them. Make sure the picture is colored or please provide a color palette. And if you want a specific height/style, name which of the guys above you want me to base that on. Their names are in bold for easy reference.
Time to ask about your boys nwehehehehehehehehe (that’s one “nwe” and eight “he”s)
How would you rank them based on impulsiveness? As in like, 1 has zero impulse control and 19 has the most impulse control
What are they like in the mornings? (eg. groggy but slowly but surely waking up, bright-eyes and bushy-tailed, only awake by technicality, ready to stab anyone who suggests they get up Now, never went to sleep, etc)
What are their favorite colors?
What would their reactions be if they saw a dog?

Mornings:
Sky: Hard to wake. Sleepy boi.
Gen: As a soldier, his circadian rhythm wakes him early. About 5:30-6:00. Doesn't mean he likes it.
Mini: Wakes naturally. Literally front-flips out of bed. 7-ish
Junior: Used to his grandpa waking him. He sleeps with a pillow over his head, so the sun doesn't wake him.
The Four: I think they're kind of average.
Mask: Prefers to sleep in. Not the easiest to wake up, but he doesn't take too long to get going once he's awake.
Twilight: Up before dawn of his own initiative. Goes to a private location to practice sword drills. Then he goes for a four-legged run.
Wind AND Engineer: Takes a long time to get his act together after waking up. Pretty airheaded. They're the kinds who, if they drank coffee and had k cup coffee machines, would run it without putting their cups underneath. You could tell them it's Christmas and they won't suddenly jerk awake, They'll be like, "....what?" "It's Christmas. Come open presents." "....Hm?" And then they wander downstairs and see the tree and then the meaning kicks in but they're still fighting off the groggies. Engineer is worse than Wind by a decent margin.
Vet: Modern au Vet would need his coffee to function. As it is, he doesn't have the taste for it. Please imagine the old-man-way of needing coffee, like “I got up at 4 am (exaggeration) and I can't function and also my knees hurt.” It takes a while to get the joints moving and it hurts. He's awake but wishes he wasn't. He actually wakes up not long after the early risers, but he continues to stay in bed to try to sleep more. He barely dozes. He finally gets up after most are awake because at that point it's too noisy to pretend to sleep.
Verdi: Has a tendency to sleep late and miss work.
Echo: He needs to be woken exactly three times. Imagine him snoozing an alarm twice and getting up on the third ring.
Mouse: He wakes up really easily, so he's awake as soon as anyone is. If someone purposefully wakes him, they are liable to get stabbed. Literally. As a defense mechanism. He pretty much always wakes with an adrenaline rush, even if he wakes up naturally. Startles awake, realizes where he is, settles down, scrubs his eyes and gets a slow move on.
Cap: Same deal as Gen.
Aspect: He's an irregular sleeper. He usually wakes up at least once every night, around 2-3 am, and needs to take a walk or eat a snack or something. And then he wakes in the morning when Wild starts cooking. He sneaks some food and goes back to sleep until breakfast is ready.
Wild: Is awake before anyone else because he probably didn't sleep. Wakes at 5 am if he slept in a bed
Favorite colors:
I am uncertain about a lot of these
Sky: Blue like my wife's eyes 😍
Wild and Wind also favor blue.
Twilight isn't sure, but after putting thought into it, he thinks perhaps it's blue.
Gen: Reddish-yellow (he means orange, a word that will only be used once the fruit is discovered)
Mask: Hasn't thought about it. Could be green, but could just as easily be something random, like red.
Mouse: Green or light red (he means pink, a word that doesn't exist in his time. Unless I change my mind later or forget.)
Aspect: Lime maybe?
Green ~ Mini, Verdi (though he likes a lot of colors), the Four (yes, all of them. It's the combined Link's favorite and that doesn't change), Vet, Junior, maybe Echo? (Really uncertain about him, but no other colors stand out right now. Could be purple or yellow idk. Eh, it's probably green.)
Engineer: I'm not sure about him. 🤔 Maybe red.
Cap: Also unsure. Probably deep blue like his socks and gloves.
Dog:
Twilight is extremely happy. That guy is going to pick it up.
Wild might feed it.
The Four wanna pet it. Ember most. Quartz doesn't realize he wants to, but he will eventually find his hand on the dog.
Mask may pick it up if it's of a certain size. He might pretend to be uninterested as a way of teasing the dog. He might also cave right away and give it belly rubs. His interest in them has cooled off a little after being attacked by them as a Deku, but he still likes them.
Mini and Junior like them.
Sky would need to get used to their personalities. They generally aren't as laid-back as Remlits. (Remlits are only cute now. Virtually never evil.) But he'd warm up quickly and give them some love.
Gen: Pat on the head.
Vet: Depends completely on his mood and the animal. A bit like how he deals with people, honestly. He often comes across as cold because he talks to dogs like he would anyone else, not like a cute pet.
Verdi is kind of neutral, I think. Neutral-positive.
Echo would be a little cautious in case it's mean, but end up petting the dog
Mouse is mistrustful.
Not sure about Aspect. I feel like he's in a similar category as Mouse.
I think Cap grew up with dogs. He'll give them plenty of attention as long as the setting is appropriate. His idea of appropriate is much narrower than Twilight's.

Ask me again in 2 years after I've written more situations. 😅 The only thing coming to mind at the moment is Twilight and the feeling of bugs on him.
What’s the stupidest/silliest/most ridiculous/most embarrassing injury your boys have gotten? And I don’t necessarily mean like “I got a paper cut on my butt while fighting Ganon”, though that one does definitely raise some questions. I’m meaning like, ridiculous as in HOW they got it
Like, “I was shield-surfing down Mount Hylia on my crappy rusted shield, and I thought I saw someone, so I swerved to avoid hitting them, but it was a rock, and I crashed into a tree and my shield broke and then I fell down the rest of the mountain and crashed into someone anyway”-type ridiculous/silly/embarrassing/stupid

The boys go out of control and take over later, as if this is ask-the-character time. Just a warning for upcoming sillies. But to start:
Sky: Took a leap off Skyloft but made multiple miscalculations and face-planted on a nearby sky island.
Source: Chuggaaconroy. If you ever need faceplants, his Skyward Sword playthrough has you covered lol. Weirdly hard to them through an image search.
Mini: Not sure if this counts as an injury, but he got eaten by a worm once. The Pesto that was attracted to his dirty clothes afterwards does count though.
Wind: Does getting catapulted into a wall count? I think it counts.
Mask: Rolled into a box. The corner of a box. With his head.
Wild: Getting exploded by attempting to use bombs/bomb arrows in Death Mountain. Multiple times. He keeps forgetting. Honorable mention for the many times he's gotten ragdolled off cliffs. Only some of those were due to stupid decisions on his part though.
Vet: He would say it was "sailing into a stupid thunderstorm without wearing the ring that specifically protects against electricity, like an idiot." I would argue that by the time he was in that situation, he was too busy trying to keep control of the boat to look for rings.
I suppose my choice for him might be when he was pushing a block around to try and figure out where the narrow, invisible path ended, and he followed the block right off the path into the void below. It's a good thing he's very good at falling from great heights and walking away fine.
Cap: "...The Great Fairy incident." Sky: "You're going to leave it at that?" Mask: "He's talking about the time when a Great Fairy put him in a giant bottle and shook him around." *Vet starts wheezing with laughter in the background*
Ember: "They thought I was Shadow Link." River: "It was a confusing battle!"
Quartz: "Getting lit on fire by Ember. Multiple times." River: "Yeah, me too." Ember: "I was aiming for the grass!" Forest: "That quickly spread to where we were standing." Ember: "I wanted the Force Gems." River: "The greed of our 'Hero of Darkness' knows no bounds."
((Apparently everyone is talking now.))
Gen: "Sparring incident." Cap: "Come on, that's so normal." Gen: "Does that change if I say I was thumb-sized at the time?" Mini and Junior: "No." Gen: "I don't know what else to tell you. Everything else is even more mundane: realizing I should have worn a thimble when repairing clothes, accidentally biting my tongue, catching a moblin blade on my arm..." Sky: "Kind of lame, Old Men." Gen: "Says the one who has already died of old age." Sky: "Aw, I live to be old?" (I get the feeling Sky is going to be dunked in water later.)
Echo: "Fell into the well." Vet: "Your wells must have shallower walls than the ones I've seen." Echo: "Fell out of a tree into the well." Vet: "Ah."
Aspect: "I fell out of a tree, too. Broke my arm."
Engineer: "Our dumbest moment actually led to us being saved from injury, so I guess... Burning myself by not wearing gloves?" Wind: "What was your dumbest moment? And who's we?" Engineer: "Zelda and I. We let a bad guy get away because we got distracted. But he helped us in the end, so it worked out. It was pretty embarrassing at the time though."
Twilight: "I kind of uh... accidentally burned somebody's house down. With me inside. I got out a li'l singed."
Verdi: "I ran full-speed into a wall and knocked myself out." Vet: "Yeesh. Someone needs to teach you some techniques." Verdi: "I learned after that."
Mouse refuses to be honest. It was a flying incident. Or the time he let himself get stabbed on purpose so he could go into the next fight more refreshed - which doesn't appear to make logical sense, but that's what happened. Points to anyone who is nodding their head in understanding right now. Quadruple points if it's from personal experience.
For Junior, I keep getting, "accidentally stabbed himself with a pen," but I'm pretty sure he uses a brush pen. Maybe this incident happened earlier?

Now which one of you guys got a paper cut on your butt fighting Ganon? I have questions.
If you had to associate at least one K.K. Slider song with each of them, which would you pick? All reasons are valid, even if it’s “WHY NOT” and “BECAUSE I SAID SO” (it’d be funny if Vet got K.K. Song bc that also plays in one of his games, at least sort of)
Be honest, do any of them need glasses and don’t realize it?
If you shampooed and conditionered and blow dried Aspect would he turn out like this?

I'm pleased that W. Link's choice is K.K. Western because that's what I was going to choose for Twilight, too.

Mini - K.K. Polka
Mouse - I've mentioned his love of the metal genre, which of course puts him in line with K.K. Metal. On the other hand, he is the most 8-bit of them all, which puts him more in line with K.K. Song... Hm. I could also see him as DJ K.K. for some reason.
Vet - Spring Blossoms on a good day. Steep Hill in general. Maybe K.K. Robot overall? I feel like there could be a complex vocaloid song that sums him up if I looked hard enough. There's a vocaloid song for everything.
Echo - K.K. Fusion
Verdi - K.K. House.
Wild - K.K. Disco
Gen - K.K. Rockabilly
Cap - K.K. Jazz
Sky - K.K. Lovers
The Four live in the same house and collectively get Agent K.K.
Glasses? I don't know about right now (though Wind does squint a lot, huh?), but I bet Twilight would need them one day. Vet too, but he'd be more stubborn about it.
