I love how Hyrule's booty shorts are shorter than Wild's actual underwear. Which also means that Wild is not wearing underwear when he wears the trousers of the hero.

Ok yeah he was harder than my normal designs but it was actually fun to try to push myself? So! Aspect from Interlink AU! His fish form is based on real-world arowaka fish (a reference to the ancient arowakas on the sky islands in TotK), which come in a gorgeous red and went really well with his hair! Tried to give him a little extra bling around his tail to make up for the lost bling on the legs without interfering with his ability to swim too much. Also I deliberately did lineless to try to give him a more tapestry/old school painting look. All in all, I’m pretty happy with how he came out!

This was supposed to take me like 3-4 hours and it took me 7 total because I got way too invested in detailed coloring. I guess I just can't resist going all in on such a beautiful man.

The moon hangs high in the night sky, lighting the ground beneath it. Wild sits awake at the campfire, unable to sleep at the moment.

As for all eighteen(!!!) of the others, as Wild checks for the eighth time that night, they're all sacked out in their sleeping bags. He suspects that not even an express train could wake them now, to use a phrase Engineer's used in the past... whatever an express train is.

He glances up at the sky, halfway expecting to see a blood moon. However, the moon is a normal color, rather than crimson. Curiously, ever since he got thrown into this adventure with all the others, he hasn't seen a blood moon at all.

Perhaps, of course, he should be grateful, instead. No Malice nor Gloom infects the land in any capacity. There may be other problems, but Malice and Gloom aren't on the list.

With a tiny smile to himself, Wild hums a soft, tiny tune as he turns his attention back to the blazing fire in front of him.
