Another missing apprentice vs a professor! The quest was cut, but Ilas-Tei and his identifying ring remain. While the in-game body is male, the cut voicelines for bringing the ring to Phinis Gestor refer to Ilas-Tei with she/her pronouns. Drevis is Skyrim's illusion master, the College's professor for it, its master trainer, and the one selling all the high-level illusion spells. Despite all that, his NPC doesn't actually know any illusion spells, likely a developer oversight.
