I worked on this McDonald’s / Despicable Me 3 commercial for the marketing department of Illumination Macguff few months ago, this is one of the lighting key I did for.
Back in 2013, I was enough lucky to join the art departement team of Secret Life of Pets. It was a pleasure to work with amazing art director Colin Stimpson. I started with Color Set and Props then also had the opportunity to make my very first key lights on this film. It was 2 years and half of production and it was great to see the progression of the film from the beginning to the end, the background and the sequences I painted taking life on 3D. Hey folks, there was a lot of things in my life recently, huge things and really exciting.
Since my last visit here, Minions, the animated movie that I worked on for 2 years, has been released and become the second biggest animated feature ever, whoa!
Here is a bunch of artworks that I did during the production of the movie. I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I was enjoy to work on them!
Beaucoup de choses se sont passées dans ma vie récemment, des choses passionnantes et excitantes. Depuis mon dernier passage, Minions, le film d'animation sur lequel j'ai travaillé plus de deux ans, est sorti et est devenu le deuxième film d'animation de tous les temps...! Voici plusieurs artworks que j'ai réalisé durant la production du film. J'espère que vous les apprécierez autant que j'ai eu le plaisir à les faire!
Those are some of the first pieces of color development that I did at the beginning of the production. We were still looking at the moods and colors as the visual style of the movie wasn't totally defined.
Ces trois images ont été parmi les premières recherches couleur que j'ai faites au tout début de la production. Nous recherchions à ce stade encore l'ambiance et les couleurs étant donné que le style visuel du film n'était pas encore complètement défini.

I was in charge to do a lot of artworks on the Westminster Abbey, including the color script image for the sequence of the coronation of Scarlet.
