Looking for an illustrator!

Hey, so I’m currently looking for an illustrator to help me with a webcomic I’ve been wanting to make for a while now. It will be paid and in addition to making comics, I’m also going to need several commissions for character sheets for various characters, places, etc. All will be paid. It’s my goal to get reference sheets done, then a few comics, and hopefully get a kickstarter going so we can make this beneficial to both parties.

The overall plot of the comic is that a young elvish woman named Ondrea has set out to live out her dream as an adventurer. The world she lives in is chock full of magic and the setting is basically fantasy, with lots of weird magic stuff and also hints of steampunk technology here and there to flesh things out a bit more. 

What I’m looking for is someone with a sharp, angular style kind of like how Studio Trigger does things, but also kinda like the webcomic Never Satisfied, if that makes sense? I’m not looking for anything super realistic. 

In addition, it’s less a pure “illustrator” role and more of a partner, too? I have quite a few ideas in mind, but I’d like a partner to bounce them off of and help develop the world so it’s partially theirs as well. Like designing the cities, some characters, improving existing characters, coming up with names, etc. Being able to draw backgrounds and armor is a must.

Feedback and Illustrators Wanted!

That's the first chapter of my story. It's about 4K words and I already have the next 25K words written, now I'm just editing them to them it more readable. I haven't finished the story yet so it'll be a long one and hopefully worth the long read!

Writers; any comments that you can message me that'll be brilliant and well appreciated. Seriously, go to town. I want as much feedback as possible. Good / Bad. Even if you don't know much about writing fiction I'll still appreciate your help.

Illustrators; As you can see from the front cover, it's poorly designed. Absolutely dreadful and crappy. I can't pay you but if you can come up with something awesome I'll happily give you credit and maybe we can work together in the future as I do intend on publishing something professionally one day.

So basically I'm thinking on having the front cover being just the main character at the beginning as the front cover but it'll be really cool if it can be done creatively. Maybe drawn a girl (Must be bright haired, pale, brown eyes) looking kinda young and innocent on the left side of her face (Maybe emo eye-liner/pierces? Maybe freckled? Idk, I can incorporate that sort of stuff if you think it looks best) and on the other half being slightly more matured? Maybe a few scars? (please don't do the over-done cut on the eye, you know what I'm talking about.) Basically at the beginning of the story she will be innocent and at the end she'll be messed up and scarred but over all, terrifying. I want to really play with character developement so she'll start being innocent and shaky but end up being an unbelieveable force of power. She is a goody however I intend on writing it so the reader will question who's side she's on. etc.

Alternatively. You can drawn half her face and your interpretation of the 'animal' she becomes. Be clear whether you're drawing it from either her when she was more innocent and scared or from a more mature, terrifying perspective. Both are good but you're choice. I'll accept all work that is related to my work. I didn't just want to google 'red head' and just use the picture of some random girl as my cover. Please don't do the same.
