3 years since I moved to Melbourne. 3 years since I took the biggest leap of my life. So much has changed. I had never worked in a job for more than 4 months on casual hours, I had never paid for bills other than phone credit and I have never lived out of home. Now I'm in bed next to my fiance whom I will marry in 7 months, paying bills and rent, living in an apartment in St Kilda, working full time, studying full time online, riding a motorbike and a horse, playing baseball and I'm a much better person because of the people I surround myself with. I was terrified and emotionally unprepared for what lay ahead of me but I would never wish upon myself to do it different. My friends, my mistakes and my achievements have made me who I am today and that's a big deal to me.
