society has collapsed.

iluria’s fall was a long time ago. most people alive have memories of stories told by their grandparents, of towering cities and great technological feats that made living easy and fun. but now the world is desolate, with small communities scattered around it.

cas is 25 years old. they’ve been in the assassin’s guild for a couple of years, an amazing feat for one so young. but after being sent to the town over, eaphus, on a job, they find themselves shoved into a terror out of the past. what has been hiding in the desert where they live? and how will it change the fate of iluria?

welcome to my story! it’s been a long time in the making, and i hope to have the first part of cas’ story out in the next few months! this is part of a 7(+) part saga, set on a mythical planet named iluria. with each story, we will slowly be introduced to our band of protagonists and uncover the plot hidden in iluria’s depths

let me briefly introduce these two characters - cas and essie! cas is 25 years old, roommate to essie, a 33 year old who is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. they live in the desert continent, known as the endless sea

i intend on slowly talking about more lore, and showing sneak peaks until i’ve finished the first part of the first book - this will take a long time, unfortunately. i’m so excited to share this, but honestly this is just a fun project that has spun wildly out of control!
