gordon from season 2 of spn is a psychotic SOB who sees things in black & white, who has behaviors that he doesn't take credit for, and is jealous of the relationship dean has with sam.

tommy kinard is an emotionally immature, asshole, racist (only sees things in black&white), lesbophobe and probably a whole host of other things. all of which he takes no responsibility for. who is jealous of bucks relationship with the 118/his family.

and while im not saying tommy kinard is going to go around murdering people (tho i wouldn't past him) but i am saying both gordon and tommy intentionally disrespect the name that someone has asked them to call him. and i can only assume its for the same condescending reasons.
