I have stories for how he got them all btw…
Phanpy: Dick met phanpy during his early childhood years in the circus. These two were inseparable. They bonded and he nicknamed her Zitka. She’s the pokemon he’s had for the longest
Taillow: She originally belonged to Dick’s mother, so when she died Taillow was passed onto Dick who has taken care of her ever since. Taillow represents Robin and Dick’s relationships with all the Robins that came after him (she’s protective over the Robins specifically Dick and Damian)
Noibat: Noibat was given to Dick by Bruce when he was taken in as his ward, Bruce’s Noivern was the one who found Noibat. Represents Dick’s ties to the batfamily and mirrors his relationship with Bruce.
Corviknight: He was introduced to Dick by Clark, and inspired his Nightwing identity along with the legend. They admire and have built respect for each other, reflecting his relationship with Superman.
Riolu: Riolu was the one who found Dick. He’d watch Nightwing’s crime-fighting from the shadows, and tried to mimic his moves. He became a mini fan but was too shy to approach. When Nightwing got mixed up with a pokemon stealing gang, Riolu stepped in to help and Dick took him in. Riolu doesn’t feel ready to evolve yet and Dick respects that choice.
Umbreon: Nightwing saved her as an eevee and was given the nickname Haley. These two have been close ever since. She also goes by “bitewing.”
