Dean would be the most nervous man walking on earth that day, when you told him your water broke he started running around the house gathering your stuff while you stood there watching him lose his mind.

He held your hand while you pushed, he wanted to cry seeing you in so much pain but Dean wanted to stay strong for you.

"Just a few more pushes, my love, you're doing amazing" he said squeezing your hand a little and giving you a kiss on your forehead.

He stared at you in awe, you were so strong going trough this and Dean was so emotional about the fact that in a few moments what you both had created would be finally in your arms. His family.

"Ok Y/N, just one final push, ok?" the doctor said and you nodded, Dean hold your hand for you to squeeze again as he watched you give your all.

"It's a girl!" the doctor shouted.

Dean never realized he was crying until you reached out to him to caress his cheek, his eyes were glued to the baby, to his baby.

"You did it, love" he turned to you. You smiled weekly at him, feeling tired but immensely happy.

The doctor came back with the baby and handed it to you carefully, looking down you stared at her, she opened her eyes for a little while and you caught a glimpse of blue. She looked exactly like Dean.

His hand reached to carefully hold your hand in his as you both held the baby, looking up to him, he was an emotional break, his cheeks red and tears falling, Dean was finally a dad.

"She's beautiful, oh my God" he cried, you nodded agreeing with him as Dean's smile grew wider and he looked at you, "you're so strong, thank you for this, I'm going to take care of the both you forever. I love you" he kissed your forehead. And you swore you never felt this happy before.
