Quinn XCII - U & Us
I just heard about the love scenario plagiarism thing and I’m honestly pissed for so many reasons.
1. Hanbin produced the song before this guy imad royal or whatever even released his song that is he is claiming has been plagiarized
2. The songs don’t even sound that much alike like omg
3. This guy is trying to create fan wars by bringing bts into this (which pisses me off since I stan ikon and bts) and shaming the Kpop industry by saying kpop artists always plagiarize
4. He’s just being extremely disrespectful about it. Even if Ikon did plagiarized this guys song (which they didn’t, just trying to make a point) he could have been way more respectful about it
5. My biggest one is that as an artist this guy should realize that been plagiarized as an artist is so hurtful.
There are so many more reasons why but those are just a few
Ugh anyways go stream love scenario
Yes, we know this one’s been out for a hot moment, and it’s already teared up the viral charts since it arrived earlier this month. But we’re really loving Hotel Garuda’s trajectory after transforming from a two piece to a solo act, and we want to hop joyously to the playful beat of One Reason with all of you to celebrate Aseem’s new feat. He’s recruited an all-star duo of guest artists to delight all our senses on One Reason by teaming up with D.C. musician Imad Royal and NYC siren Kiah Victoria on the bubbly bounding, euphonious twirling feel good ballad. One Reason walks a fine line between dance and pop with its crisp airy beats and acute prancing vocal chops. Hotel Garuda explains: “It's about the feeling of wanting to stay together no matter what, and wanting to find a way to work it out regardless of your obstacles.” It’s clear Hotel Garuda hasn’t missed a beat despite its critical metamorphosis earlier this year. If anything, Aseem has picked up extra momentum and speed, cleverly fiddling with our expectations whilst going above and beyond with that ever arresting Hotel Garuda dance flair.
