Self-hosted online photo galleries with the option for people to download the RAW files?

Because professional photographers rarely give out the raw camera files, the free-to-host online image gallery software that's out there doesn't seem to have options for a 'click to download camera raw' button or a way to upload raws along with their matching jpgs. But I really want people to be able to download the raw versions. I'll be uploading a bunch of my photos, which are licensed under Creative Commons licenses, to my own website. I want folks to be able to download whichever version of the image they need. Is there anything out there that's free to use if you host it on your own site, can be installed through cPanel, allows for jpg galleries and sub-galleries, tags and/or categories, searching, displaying of EXIF data, and downloading the accompanying raw file?
