Map of my current fantasy world, Theia. The one on the top is an updated version of the map with some improved borders, bottom is a more outdated version of the map, but with accompanying lore, though I'll fully update everything in the future. Main premise is that the world is undergoing a cold war between major mago-industrial powers with one story I'm working on taking place within the Io Consortium, which is an unstable megacorporate state being fought over by the Demonic Confederacy and the Avalonian Empire.

My fictitious draft of the Continent of Eliatha in the universe of...a story I am writing. (I say draft because some areas haven’t been developed to prevent spoilers or never show in the story.)

You can see some resemblances of Eurasia coupled with liberties in geography and boundaries here and there. I had planned to make an interactive map, but work and personal life keep getting in the way, so I thought I’d just release this now. :P 

This Eliatha is set in an independent universe, but you might catch allusions to my old works if you’ve been around my dA for a long time. (Eg. The Sandsea, Arbren, Caliger, Chottsym, Belethren, Dotriba...) 

Texts aside, everything is hand-drawn! :’)

Life on K2-18b

I am in the middle of working on a very large piece of art.  The process has involved painting paper and then using a punch to make hundreds of circles.   These scraps seemed too could not to repurpose.  Maybe the inspiration came from listening to the B-52s after reading about this newly discovered planet called K2-18b.  Of course, my interest in maps has always played a role in my art.  After printing some of my digital art it all came together in a series of portal maps to reach K2-18b.  It will be the fastest way to visit the planet that is some 142 light years from Earth.
