Cloud Nine // Part 2 ( Reader x Gilbert)

It was now a week ago that Billy found out that you were pregnant with Gilbert’s child. You were glad he finally knew because you were drowning in the secrets, you were afraid Billy would freak out and hate you or something but, in the end, he ended up being supportive and caring.
You told Billy to keep it a secret for your parents until you were ready to tell them, not even jane or Prissy could know. You, Billy and Gilbert were the only ones who knew and you wanted to keep it like that. Billy was still the same overprotective brother that he was before you told him, in some way you thought it was cute how much effort he would put into you.
You other sisters noticed some changes in his behaviour as he constantly kept asking if you were alright or that you had any kind of pain. If they would ask you about it you would just tell them that it’s a typical Billy thing. You visited Gilbert more often as he enjoyed spending time with you and the unborn child.
Billy would sometimes come along to keep an eye out for you, Gilbert thought it was strange in the beginning but soon got used to it that Billy would always be there, even when you would just walk to school. You would walk hand in hand with Gilbert as Billy walked next you on the other side. Your stomach was growing everyday but you could still hide it away with your wide dresses.
Suddenly you felt dizzy and almost fell to your knees. Gilbert and Billy both reacted in seconds by pulling you up and supporting you. - “Y/n are you alright?” - Gilbert would ask you as he looked concerned at you. - “Sis, everything alright, tell me if you are having any pain?” - Billy would ask you at the same time. You shook your head soft as you pulled yourself up by supporting on them. - “I’m fine, I’m fine.”
Billy felt your temperature as he held his hand against your forehead. - “Y/n you are feeling a bit warm?” - “Billy I’m fine...” - you replied as you pushed his hand away. Billy looked over at Gilbert. - “You should feel her, I’m telling you she is feeling warm?” - Gilbert placed the back of his hand against your forehead. - “Your right, she is feeling a bit warm.”
“What do we do?” - Billy asked him concerned as Gilbert thought deep. You sighed and let go of them, walking over to a big branch sitting down. They both tried to grab you as you went over to the branch but you shook them off. you seated yourself down and took some deep breaths. - “If you need me, I’ll be sitting down while the two of you bicker on about what to do.”
They both ignored your comment as they were too worried about what to do. - “Maybe we can bring her home?” - Gilbert asked Billy as he shook his head. - “Our parents are home and they would find it odd that Y/n is sick again.” - “Right.” - Gilbert replied as he scratched the back of his head. - “Bring her to school and constantly watch over her?” - Billy suggested as Gilbert slowly started to nod at his suggestion.
“I think that could work, we take shifts during class for looking at her and asking if she is fine...” - Gilbert started as Billy finished his sentence. - “And during Lunch we can both sit with her and make her as comfortable as she likes?” - you sighed from where you were sitting, you loved it that they cared about you but sometimes they could exaggerate.
“Your uncle and father are really something...” - you joked at your unborn child as you placed your hands around your bump. - “But they are really sweethearts.” you noticed Both Gilbert and Billy walking over to you, extending their hands to you. You took each hand and let them pull you up. - “Don’t worry Y/n we got it under control.” - Billy told you as he squeezed your hand soft.
Both Gilbert and Billy then placed a kiss against your cheek at the same time, Gilbert kissed your left cheek and Billy your right. - “if you boys are ready with smooching can we go to school then?” - you teased them as they both looked at each other, laughing soft. - “Sure love.” - Gilbert took your hand again and Billy tangled his arm around your other.
As you were walking closer to school you noticed several students looking over at you and whispering. You knew they were talking about your protective boys that looked like they were guarding the Queen of England or so. It made you feel like you were under a loop and everyone was taking turns to get a good look at you.
Both Gilbert and Billy ignored the others as they walked inside with you. You wanted to take of you coat but Billy stopped you and pulled your coat out, like you were a small child that couldn’t dress itself. - “Billy you know I can still undress myself!” - you gave him a look as he ignored you. Gilbert than leaded his hands to your scarf, taking it from your neck. you sighed again but it was no use.
Gilbert and Billy then placed their hands on your back as they leaded you to your seat. Prissy and Jane looked at you as they thought it was silly that Billy gave you so much attention. They even thought Gilbert was trying too hard. - “I’m telling you Jane, something is up with those three?” - Prissy whispered to her as she had her arms crossed looking over at you.
“I agree! Those three are definitely hiding something.” - Jane whispered back as she narrowed her eyes at you. You noticed your sisters looking over at you and you had a feeling they were getting tired of this sudden behaviour. - “Gil, Billy I appreciated it but I think you can leave me for a few moments?” - Both of them gave each other a confused look. - “Y/n we are just …" - “I know!” - you interrupted Gilbert. - “People are staring Gil...” - “let them!” - Gilbert was the one to interrupt you now.
You sighed as you placed your hand against your forehead. - “I’ll be fine just do what you normally do!” - you begged them as they kept standing overprotective next to you. - “Just a few moments, I'll be fine... I promise.” - they both sighed deep and nodded. - “Alright a few moments!” - Billy called out as he made his way over to Moody. Gilbert kept standing by your side a few moments longer but left as you gave him a look.
Billy motioned for Gilbert to come to him and Gilbert quickly ran over to him. - “We need to talk about Y/n’s future?” - Gilbert nodded as he looked brief over at you. - “Your right, she can’t stay at school. I won’t have the others make fun of her or scold at her!” - Billy nodded as he pulled Gilbert closer to him so only he could hear it. - “We need to come up with a plan? Y/n should be home-schooled maybe and what about you?”
“I’ll speed up my studies to provide for her!” - Gilbert replied soft as Billy patted his back. - “I’ll speed up my studies as well to help you out!” - Gilbert looked at Billy like he has never done before. - “Thank you, Billy you’re a good brother.” - Billy laughed soft as he placed his arm around Gilbert’s shoulders. - “And you are a good boyfriend and ….” - he looked suspicious around him as he came closer to Gilbert and whispered to him. - “Father.”
Gilbert smiled wide and pulled Billy close for a hug. Prissy and Jane each widened their eyes as they watched them hug. - “This is the top, Gilbert and Billy are hugging each other?” - Jane said soft as she looked confused at Prissy. Prissy bit her underlip angry as she turned around and walked over to you. - “Y/n what is going on with the three of you!” - She raised her eyebrow in her big sister way as you swallowed deep.
“There is nothing going on Prissy.” - you casually said as you tried to wave the subject away. - ”Y/n I know your lying to us!” - jane slammed her hands against the desk as she leaned angry against them. You jumped a bit back from the sudden outburst as Jane and Prissy kept glaring at you. - “Can we not do this here?” - you shout-whispered at them as you looked around suspicious.
“So, there is something going on?” - Prissy called out as she crossed her arms again. - “Prissy I’ll explain everything to you but not right now!” - you spitted between your teeth. Jane and Prissy both huffed. - “why can’t you tell us now? We are your sisters, or aren’t we?” - Jane spitted back as she slammed her hands against the table again.
“Enough!” - you shouted, slamming your hands against the table, startling everyone in class. - “I told you to be patient!” - you shouted as you started to crawl out of your seat. - “I have had enough of everyone thinking they can tell me what to do!” - you had removed yourself from your seat and wanted to leave but you felt a sudden pain in your stomach.
You grabbed your stomach as you fell to your knees, still holding a hand against the table. Billy and Gilbert had seen you fall to your knees and rushed as fast as they could to your side, pushing everyone aside that came swirling around you. - “Y/n!” - Gilbert shouted as he kneeled beside you and held his hand on your back.
Billy also kneeled beside you and tried to help you. - “Y/n! Tell me are you alright?” - you wanted to get up but felt another sting of pain go through your stomach. You screamed out of pain as you fell back to your knees. - “Y/n!” - Gilbert shouted as he started to breath quicker out of fear. Gilbert placed your arm around his shoulder as he wanted to support you. - “how did this happen?” - Billy asked you concerned as he kept holding your arm.
“She just got angry and collapsed...” - Jane called out, anxious that it might be their doing. - “We didn’t mean to upset her!” - Prissy added as Gilbert looked at both of them with disgust in his eyes. - “Are the two of you out of your mind!” - Billy shouted as they both jumped back a bit. You kept screaming out of pain as you held your hand around your stomach. - “Gilbert!” - you shouted as you squeezed your nails into his shirt. Fear struck his eyes as he only had to look brief at Billy and he understood what they needed to do.
Gilbert helped you to your feet and they both picked you up and leaded you outside. Prissy and Jane felt guilty so they followed the three of you outside. They ran to a secure place, far from the school building as they seated you down. You started to breath out in puffs as you tried to control the pain. - “Y/n tell me is the baby alright?” - Billy asked you as he ran his hands desperately through his hair.
“Baby?” - Jane and Prissy both called out as they rushed over to you. Billy widened his eyes as he saw his sister ran past him to kneel in front of you. - “Y/n what is Billy talking about?” - Prissy called out as she held her hands on your knees. - “I... I wanted to tell you but I never found the right time...” - you said between your puffs. Gilbert kept making circles on your back with his hand to calm you down.
“Tell us what?” - Jane called out as she squeezed your knee. - “That I'm pregnant.” - you said soft as you looked up at Gilbert. Gilbert nodded in approval that it was the right time for them to know. They both kept staring at you with an open mouth as Billy came closer again. - “Y/n are you feeling any better?” - you nodded soft. - “I just pushed myself to hard. The baby is fine just a stress outburst.” - you said soft as you took his hand and squeezed it.
“Does mother know?” - Prissy asked you curious as she felt a bit overwhelmed. - “No!” - You, Billy and Gilbert shouted at the same time. - “They can’t know... not yet.” - you finished as your sisters nodded soft. - “If mother knew she would kick Y/n out of the house and I don’t want that!” - Billy added as he gave them his brotherly look. - “You know Y/n if they should kick you out, you can always live with me?” - you gave Gilbert a kiss on his lips. - “I know that...” - you replied soft.
“Can … can I feel it?” - Prissy asked you as she moved her hand near your stomach. You looked back at Billy and Gilbert and they nodded soft that she could feel it. Prissy moved her hand to your stomach and her hand jumped a bit back as she felt your bump. She then placed it better and closed her eyes trying to feel the baby. - “Can I also feel?” - Jane asked you as she already had her hand near your stomach.
“Yes.” - you said soft and Jane also placed her hand next to Prissy’s against your stomach. They both looked at each other and laughed as they felt the baby. Gilbert moved his head closer to you as he kissed your forehead. - “I love you Y/n” - he whispered soft. - “I love you too.” - you replied as you looked at your sisters smiling bright.
Billy had also kneeled beside you and held your hand tight as he moved his hand to your stomach to feel the baby. You felt yourself almost cry at the sight of it, your siblings smiling bright as they felt your baby and Gilbert placing his arm around you as he kissed your sleep again.
