Do you wonder. . .
Do you ever just look around and wonder of some things that probably never existed but your imagination tells you otherwise? Like, for example there are, apparently, no ghosts or aliens, but I believe in them. I believe I will meet a ghost one day and they're going to be my fucking best friend and I'd fight everyone who tells they're imaginary.
Do you ever just wonder if there is a way to prove everything you believe in but limits with time and space slow you down? Yeah, me too.
Do you ever just wonder if you'd stumble upon a mailbox in the middle of desert and pay your respects? Sometimes, I just wonder if all of this will come true.
I walk the City streets in defeat I watch people go by laughing and hooting and that was once, You and I The stars.. Where so bright that night The ships were ready to sail and the dragons where going off to flight And the people below were dueling or telling their friends off But in amongst them I could not see you The fairy lights glowed And my dragon flew looking for yours I thought it was useless I walked among the dancers and music and past the drunkens with their beers raised up in a toast to no end But you weren’t amongst them You must be in a battleground, nowhere to be found and i’m probably going to not see you again SO, know that if we lose sight of each other I’ll never forget I can mope around all i like But that’s not going to change anything Or i can get up out of this dark grave and shake off the rot and tell myself to wake another morning and have coffee And start again
