The entire time I was sick, I was tracking my symptoms and thinking about how my immune system was responding to the various stages of the infection.

sore throat- the cells at the back of my throat have lysed. leaving raw nerve endings open to the environment.

viral shedding- sneezing and coughing has increased, doubtful that i was contagious prior to this. I have aerosolized the air with my contagion.
