Made the mistakes of 1) eating before the gym, and 2) saving cardio for after lifting 😩 also, I never thought I would say it, but I've been sleeping wayyyy too much with the long snowy weekend 😴 5x10,10,10,10,12 each box jumps, hexbar deadlifts, and squats 3x10 leg extensions 2x10 ab/adductor machine 4x10 leg press 10 min stairmaster (Almost died)
