So this is all I accomplished yesterday for leg day. On the second 455 rep, I tore my hamstring. I’d show you a picture of the bruising but you’d get a good view of my hairy butthole.⭐️ Not great. I’ve lost track of how many hamstring strains and tears I’ve had now. 🤷♂️😒 it’s not like they aren’t strong and it’s not like it don’t warm really well. I felt great yesterday! I suppose shit happens. I’m not going to pretend I’m all “it’s just a setback and everything is just dandy!!!🤗” like you see all the liars posting on social media. I’m pissed off and frustrated. Things have been one big bag of shit lately. And TBH would quit for a while if 1- I wasn’t paying for a coach and 2-just too fucking stubborn to quit.
