Yeah, I know that I look like a freaking disaster. But, I feel awesome after pushing my boundaries when it comes to working out. I was very close to reaching 205 (206) when the next two days, the scale showed very opposite of my efforts of only eating a little over 1000 calories and riding the bike. I surely wasn't pushing myself like I was in February or even March. So, today, from barely being able to reach a mile without feeling utter agony and exhaustion and only burning, at most, 200 calories. I jogged 2.18 miles burning a total of 430 calories. I also did 30 weighted squats. It felt good getting back to where I started at, feeling motivated enough to even look at a treadmill. Heck, if I can deal with this hot mess of a body jogging on a treadmill, feeling beyond uncomfortable- anybody can do it.
