What is an aspect of your muse’s canon material or canon existence that you never had the opportunity to explore but really want to?

I really want to get into thinking about how Bruce’s mind works when he’s ’off the wagon’ / in a feeding frenzy.

When Bruce enters into a feeding frenzy, he isn’t silent. He speaks but it’s a completely different side to Bruce that is very much unlike him. His words are almost sadistic: he’s driven by both the thrill of the hunt and the hunger.

It’s something I still haven’t explored very well or put as much thought into as I’d have hoped.

for just a moment, when steven saw blue skin and hair on a figure so familiar to him, he’d felt a surge of hope and happiness rise up inside of him, and he’d scrambled to reach who he thought was lapis, a broad grin on his face, arms outstretched. “ LAPIS! you’re back! ” unfortunately, the closer he got, he saw.. she wasn’t his lapis, and he quickly skidded to a stop, eyes wide.

“ oh -- um, i’m.. sorry, i thought you were a uh.. different lapis. ”

instinctively, he took a step back from the gem, his cheeks pink, some wariness in his expression, until he spotted the star insignia on her uniform, and his mouth fell open in some surprise, confusion soon clouding his features. just.. who was this gem?

Bemusement wasn’t a foreign expression for Marlin. It seemed as commonplace as the frown he’d become known for, but at least this could be hidden with a smile, a confused one, but a smile all the same. After all, it’s not every day you come home to find a plush fort in the living room. Judging by the sign haphazardly taped to a cushion he could only assume his son had had a hand in this. “Uh, hello? Anyone home?”
