#Repost @searchingforsours ・・・ Getting through this cold weather by dreaming of warm days on the @novareresbiercafe porch! Pictured drinking Geuze Boon by Cantillon. A classic gueuze blending 1, 2, and 3 year old lambic, spontaneously fermented and aged in oak. Verdict - nice and tart. This is not a fruity sour. It has a nice light oakey flavor which isn’t overpowering, as oak sometimes can be. #Repost @searchingforsours ・・・ Slushy XXL Royalty is a smoothie style Berliner Weisse with blackberry, pomegranate, and raspberry. Verdict- so delicious. The flavors are nice and punchy and the mouthfeel is GREAT! The thickness that comes from the smoothie styling makes this a really enjoyable drink. Drinking this on the Amalfi coast was so fun!
