oh also, i meant to ask in my last message. do we need to reserve a spot if we want to create one of the original banner families you mentioned, aaaand were/are some banner houses neutral in the war/politics?

oh absolutely no! there's no cap for the amount of original banner families atm. and you're more than free to share your ideas for them to generate interest :)

yes! there are houses that remained neutral. it is their prerogative to, although it's almost more harmful for them to be neutral than to choose a side. because no one trusts a person who hasn't shown their cards :)
