Okay, so, I might have taken some imodium to mess with my belly some more... 🥵
I took it at around 4pm, and in the last four hours here's what I've put in my belly:
Smoothie
Fruit roll up
Super spicy vegetable rice
Coffee
Cream liqueur
Protein bar (I've heard people having troubles with protein stuff)
I've also chewed some nicotine gum which can irritate the stomach.
Now I'm onto a bottle of wine. Aiming to add more food in a little while. I'll keep you updated, if I feel like I need to poop I'll take one more imodium ;)
