So a lot of people have been trying to guess what was up with Lust’s bad deal in the immortals!au that I’ve hinted at a few times, and I figured I’ve kept everyone in suspense long enough to share haha - honestly I thought the little hints i dropped in their og title cards would give it away so glad it managed to sneak by most folks :P

Love your Immortals AU. So Greed and Paninya are in the know that everyone's not human. And Ed, Al, and Winry all know about each other. And considering how casually Greed mentioned it, I'm guessing everyone knows about Ling. But who all is aware of everyone else's species?

So at least in the early parts of this AU here's how things stand in terms of most to least knowledge:

Paninya: friends with Winry/both know what the other is prior to meeting everyone else, after meeting others she fully aware everyone else isn't human from the get go

Greed: knows what ling is and vice versa - Highly suspects the others aren't human but isn't 100% certain, pretty damn confident though

Winry: knows Paninya isn't human but beyond that is unaware of others

Ling: similar to winry, knows greed's not human but beyond that assumes everyone's normal

Ed and Al: know they aren't human (obviously since they're siblings) but otherwise in the dark with everyone else

Mei and Lan Fan: fully convinced they are the only nonhuman present

so pretty much other than greed and paninya everyone's like that meme of the guy at the party going "no one here knows i'm not human", which is utterly hilarious to the two that have some semblance of a clue

eventually some event happens where everyone is revealed more or less all at once, and past that point everyone is up to speed from there on out haha - for the little doodle I posted it's still at the stage where no one knows what ling is greed is just being cheeky to get a rise out of ling's 'definitely normal human' friends

Anyhoo few years back I drew the main cast of my fma immortals!au, so this time around I figured I’d draw a few of the side cast as well, aka the characters that actually have jobs lol 

once again the basic premise of the AU is that all the fma kiddos are immortal creatures living in the modern world, but I figure there’s gotta be Some regulars around so riza and roy get to rep the human race - also some bonus details relevant to this set is greed and lust aren't really siblings and more just coworkers/shittalk buddies, this is as low stakes as au’s get so no interpersonal family drama here

That being said, I know that you don’t really have a fully planned out story going but I was wondering if we’ll ever get more details on Lust’s unfortunate deal? I’m just really curious what kind of mishap she’s gotten herself into lol.

Idk if youre still brainstorming over the immortals!au but if you did 'include' Nina, there are a lot of protective dog spirits Alexander could be to keep her safe.

Bonus points if Nina thinks all pet dogs are just like that and doesnt get the fuss about how her dog suddenly turns spectral or grows ten feet when her shithead dad tries to get visitation.

oh that's cute! I do like the idea of nina just being a regular human/avoiding any of the plot whatsoever, but the concept of alexander being a protective spirit is super cute

it's extremely unlikely she'll ever turn up within the core set of goings on in this au (i don't say plot cause there really isn't much of one) so really whatever you'd like to imagine for her works just fine!

Mom said it’s My birthday and I get to draw the self-indulgent AU

so yeah this year I decided to go fully insane and draw the main gang from the Immortals!AU in a single sitting because i lack self control and like staying up till 4am hahaha

basic premise of the AU is that all the fma kiddos are immortal creatures living in the modern world, which combines my niche interests of the FMA cast, modern outfits, fantasy creatures, and slice of life bullshit

question based in immortals au: when ling dies (as phoenixes do) and comes back as a tiny baby peacock does that also affect his human form? is there just a grumpy toddler following the other immortals around for like a month until his true form goes back to normal? because that'd be adorable and also comedy material

close but not quite! he does get stuck as an angry little chick for a while but can still shapeshift back to his regular adult human form since that’s mostly just plain old illusion so it’s not tied to age or anything, however he can’t maintain it for very long after he regens so he’s mostly stuck in baby bird jail for a few weeks until that magic regenerates a bit 

that said little toddlers are my weakness so here’s a baby phoenix ling from his early shapeshifting days~
