-{♠}- What an abysmal morning to rise to; the sound of pattering rain bouncing atop the various circus tents. Those that were not of a sound nature had begun to leak, drooping down, one or two collapsing partially; they were in dire need of repairs, unready for such torrential rain brewing from nowhere. Thankfully, various fabric used to patching together the canvas of the tents was in ample supply in the various storage areas of the circus grounds itself, it was merely rustling up a number of folk willing to give up practice time to aid in repairs. Especially on a Sunday; most were enjoying a day off.
With a yellow bow tied curtly around his neck, the ringmaster stepped his boots out into the dismal weather, shielding his hair with the purple jacket he often sported off his slim shoulders. Steps displace puddled water, violet eyes scanning the almost derelict grounds; how eerie it was in the early hours of the morning, before sunrise.
A shadow. Curious. It seemed he was not the only one up at such an hour; though from such a distance and angle, violet eyes could not focus well enough to make out just whom it was. Few had the motivation to rise at such an hour, beyond those that had to during the week days; thus curiosity only grew;
“Ye’ up early!”
A simple call out to the darkness in the hope a familiar voice would reply.
