Good ol' Frank for some #mondaymotivation It's great to track progress and try different "things" in my fitness journey. But, for me, what's even better is I can workout whenever I want to! If I miss my "regular scheduled" (5:30am time) My day isn't ruined. I don't have to "wait until tomorrow" I can simply fit in my workout when I have the next available time. This works fabulously with juggling my time with my son and my work schedule! I'm happy to say that since beginning my journey to get back into a more healthy lifestyle I've been able to do it at my pace! #noexcuses #imnotfinished #youcandothistoo #lovemyhobby

And when you do find love..

Love deeply. Let it consume your whole body to the point that your mind can not remotely grasp the contents of what your heart is begging to express. Let there be no words. Love is not darkness. Keyara hadn’t checked on Edward in a while-- she got caught up with work. But that didn’t keep her from worrying about him on a daily basis. When she finally got the time, however, she appeared a few feet away from him, all worry instantly washing away once her eyes landed on him.

“Darling, I’ve been so worried about you lately. I’m so sorry I haven’t been around...”

Casper was concerned as soon as he noticed his friend wasn’t exactly having the nicest dream. Something about his movements was enough for him to know that something was wrong, and, being the overly concerned guy that he was, he couldn’t stop himself from waking Edward up. It felt cruel to let him sleep if he was having a nightmare.

Casper’s eyes began to glow faintly the moment Edward woke up, his concerned look not once faltering. Judging by the way his friend looked, he was right. Now he was relieved that he had woken him up.

Scooting closer, he let out a small, soft whimper, gently resting a hand on the other’s arm as an attempt to help comfort him. He wasn’t going to ask about the nightmare. That felt too intrusive. Besides, talking about them made it worse sometimes.

“D-don’t worry, you’re okay now.”
