To that anon claiming you cherry pick and base your opinion of the whole on the few, I've actually read the Koran. It's basically the Old Testament, but has a lot of crap thrown in. In order to be a good Muslim, you're required to convert as many infidels to Islam as you can, and if they refuse, you're supposed to kill them. Jihad is considered a holy thing and a great honor. Islam is not a religion of peace. It is one of the most violent there is. There is no peaceful Muslim. Just patient ones.

Though I disagree. There are peaceful "moderates"...moderate in that THEY cherry pick which parts of their religious books to listen too.
