imnotkidflash replied to your post: Bart smirked and waved. He stuck his tongue out as he scribbled down a new note and held it up for Thad. ‘Can’t speak. What are you up to?’
His eyes widened a bit. The mention of time machine had him overlooking the remark about ‘peace and quiet’. He quickly wrote some more and practically shoved the paper at Thad. ‘Can I help?’ His expression was eager and hopeful.
"Ah. Actually I think I'm done fo-...Sure, Bart." He says changing his mind, "But only for a bit. Why are you excited about this machine. I mean it's like the cosmic treadmill, but not a treadmill, clearly." Thad hands Bart a screwdriver and a couple of screws, "Alright I hope you know how to use one of these and don't be stupid I actually need this machine to work." he warns Bart then points out where the screws have to go.
Bart smirked and waved. He stuck his tongue out as he scribbled down a new note and held it up for Thad. 'Can't speak. What are you up to?'
“Oh. Well it’s nice to have some peace and quiet from you.” He grins as he wipes his hands of grime and grease and sets his tools down. “I’m trying to rebuild a time machine. Been trying for a while now.”

Bart stared for a few seconds, then scribbled something down for him to read. “He kept saying I was annoying. He said I have a mushroom head!” He held the pad of paper up for him to see.
Tim tilted his head, biting his lip. Original purpose aside... Tim had to fight back a laugh. "Bart, why're you writing this out?"

Was that... another speedster? The costume and attitude kind of gave it away, but so far Robin only knew the Flash, KF and the first Flash. Well, than that boy had to be from an alternate universe.
