*Jensen had just gotten the news from the doctor. He swallowed hard and nodded, looking down at the floor. What was he going to do? He ran a hand through his hair in frustration. After he composed himself, he walked out to the waiting room, seeing the person that brought him there. he tried to smile at her, but couldn’t make the smile stay and he looked down at the ground, not able to tell her what he had just been told.*

This clearly isn't the Grand Canyon. The Doctor never had much an appreciation for America but this- this is something else. He'd specifically tried to get the the Grand Canyon and now he was in someone's hotel room, apparently. That somebody appeared to be out for the time being for which he was thankful as he swept his sonic screwdriver around the room, perhaps the Tardis had relocated itself here for a reason though so far nothing seemed to be amiss.

As he continued to sonic the rest of the room he turned around and bumped into someone, stepping back to get a better look at them he was careful to see if they- now apparently a she, was holding something to stab him with. "Please don't hurt me, I'm the Doctor and I can explain,".
